Election SOS Fellowship

Congratulations to Fellows and Newsrooms!

Fewer journalists have been forced to cover more news with fewer resources. So, it was no surprise to us when newsrooms told us what they needed most as they prepared to cover this chaotic election: more people. In response, we launched the Election SOS fellowship program to match students and recent grads with newsrooms across the country.

It was extremely difficult to narrow down applications to 39 fellows and 20 newsrooms. Congratulations to all who were selected!

To all the amazing applicants, we’d like to remind you to take advantage of our free resources and training. Follow us on Twitter, and subscribe to our weekly Newsletter to keep up-to-date with our offering.

Election SOS Fellowship Training

Before joining their newsrooms, fellows underwent training relevant to their roles. As a part of our Election SOS mission, we would like to share some of these training sessions with you as you continue with your coverage.
