Election SOS brought together almost 300 media professionals, virtually, for a one-day summit -- "Better Journalism: A Roadmap for Engaged Democracy" -- in April 2021 for lessons on trust-building and engagement from the 2020 elections.

Besides a public report, presenters gave lightning chats on insights from their engagement work during the 2020 elections, as well as things they can incorporate into future coverage.
