Shelly Jackson is currently the Deputy Clerk Manager of the Davis County Clerk/Auditor office in Farmington, Utah. In that position, along with assisting in the day to day election activities, she oversees voter registration and voter outreach efforts, as well as managing the issuance of marriage licenses and the passport acceptance process for that office.

Since 2014, Shelly has overseen every stage of the election process at the county level and has earned her CERA certification from the Election Center. In 2016 she accepted the Outstanding Practice Award from the Election Center, on behalf of her office, for outreach efforts that she developed and coordinated with Weber State University. These efforts were recognized in 2019 by the EAC in the form of a CLEARIE Award.
