Jill Cheeks is the Executive Director of the Mediation Center, which provides the coastal community with access to mediation and other alternative dispute resolution methods as an alternative to litigation. Services provided by The Mediation Center are confidential, inexpensive, prompt and readily accessible to everyone.

We maintain a trained, qualified and competent staff to provide these alternative methods and to conduct a program of continuing training for staff and volunteers to ensure quality.

We provide training to businesses (communication, workplace conflict, giving and receiving feedback training), schools (peer mediation program), organizations (board and leadership training), other institutions, and or individuals (community meditations), in order to enhance conflict-resolution skills throughout the community.
