Shannon Carroll is the Transformation Project Manager for the United States Agency for Global Media. Previously, she managed several corporate- and foundation-funded projects at the Center for Presidential Transition at the Partnership for Public Service. She also oversaw operational activities on the Partnership’s Center for Presidential Transition. She previously served as a congressional assistant in the Bay Area, where she worked with federal agencies to help solve constituents’ challenges and planned community outreach events. Shannon has a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
