Rachel Homer is Chief of Staff of the U.S. Department of Education’s Office of the General Counsel. Prior to that, she served as Counsel at Protect Democracy. She was previously an attorney at the Department of Justice, and has worked at other federal agencies, the Senate Judiciary Committee, and as a law clerk. Her work at Protect Democracy focuses on countering voter intimidation and countering election interference from the federal government, including the military, national guard, and federal law enforcement.
