About:

Rachel Goodman has been litigating in the public interest for more than a decade. Since 2019, she has focused on ensuring free and fair elections as counsel with Protect Democracy, including as counsel in Swenson v. Bostelmann, challenging Wisconsin’s election administration during the pandemic. Rachel served as a law clerk to the Honorable Joseph A. Greenaway, III on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. She holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law, where she was an Arthur Garfield Hays Civil Liberties and Civil Rights Fellow.
