Kathay Feng
Vice President of Programs, Common Cause
Kathay is a nationally recognized expert in redistricting reform and the architect of California’s Independent Citizen’s Redistricting Commission (IRC), a national model that sets the standard for all redistricting efforts. The IRC was recognized as the 2017 Best Innovation in Government $100,000 prize by the Ash Center for Innovation at Harvard’s Kennedy School for Government. Kathay also spearheads California’s Election Protection work assisting voters with questions at 866-OUR-VOTE and providing nonpartisan monitors throughout the state
