Previously, she served as the Director of Government Initiatives at Democracy Works, navigating the intricacies of election mail and how USPS services, in particular mail tracking, can help in adding transparency and accountability to the vote-by-mail process.

Jessenia is the Co-Founder of Blueprint Fox, a partnership providing consulting services to nonprofit and government entities. Her areas of expertise include: research, grant writing/management, program design, compliance, and data analysis; areas which compliment her partners’ nearly 15 years of technology and community media experience.
