About:
Farbod Faraji is a counsel at Protect Democracy. Before joining Protect Democracy, Farbod was a Gibbons Fellow in Public Interest & Constitutional Law, where he worked on a range of impact litigation cases in the areas of racial justice, immigration, and national security. Farbod previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Jacqueline Nguyen of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the Honorable Kimba Wood of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. He has also worked at the ACLU, the Center for Constitutional Rights, the Electronic Frontier Foundation, and Bay Area Legal Aid. Farbod received his J.D. from Stanford Law School.
