Anjenys Gonzalez-Eilert is the Executive Director of Common Cause Florida, a post she has held since January 2018. She is responsible for leading democracy reform efforts statewide.
Anjenys has extensive managerial experience in the non-profit sector where she has designed, lead, and implemented grassroots initiatives, predominately focused on civic engagement and government policy. She served for nine years as executive director of an organization that provided direct service in the following areas: legal, social, and education services. Prior to that, she spent two years as deputy director of a grassroots nonprofit that provided job training and education, and built low-income housing. Anjenys has a Master of Public Administration with specialization in human resources and a B.A. in Psychology from Florida International University.
