Angelia Tolbert, Esq. is the Executive Director Arkansas Community Dispute Resolution Centers, Inc. based in Little Rock, Arkansas. She is a mediator, arbitrator, facilitator, conflict resolution service provider, and has served as a neutral in disputes covering a full range of issues, including agriculture, banking/finance, business dissolution, commercial and real estate, contracts, construction, partnership, probate/trust, and securities. She is a former director and former Vice President of ACR. She is Chair of the Diversity Committee of the American Bar Association-Section of Dispute Resolution and a member of ACR’s Diversity and Equity Committee and Commercial Section Advisory Council. She is a former director and former Vice President of the Arkansas Conflict Resolution Association. She is a member of the American, Washington State, Arkansas and District of Columbia Bar associations. She has a Bachelor of Arts (History) from Hendrix College, Conway, Arkansas and Juris Doctorate from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law, Fort Worth, Texas.
